Trades Visible's Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of Website-as-a-Service (WaaS), local SEO, and digital marketing solutions provided by Trades Visible LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By subscribing to or utilizing our Services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms. Our WaaS and SEO offerings operate on a recurring subscription model with fees billed automatically in advance. Trades Visible LLC retains full ownership of all underlying website frameworks, proprietary tools, and custom code templates, while the Client retains ownership of all provided media, logos, and business data. Because WaaS relies on a subscription framework, hosted websites are not transferable upon cancellation unless an explicit website buyout agreement is executed.

While we apply industry best practices to optimize search engine performance and website uptime, Trades Visible LLC does not guarantee specific keyword rankings, traffic metrics, or uninterrupted server availability. Account payments past due by 7 calendar days may result in service suspension, and unpaid accounts after 30 days are subject to permanent termination and asset removal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trades Visible LLC’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and may be updated periodically via our platform.
